What should be paid attention to in the production line of insulated glass?

As the saying goes, without rules, there can be no square. Even on insulated glass production lines, there are rules that need to be followed. Firstly, raw materials need to be guaranteed, and then the procurement budget for sealant and structural adhesive needs to be considered. Good materials naturally produce good finished products. So what other things need to be noted before that?

Firstly, check that there is sufficient water in the water tank of the insulated glass processing equipment, then turn on the water pump and adjust the spray pipe above the white sponge roller to ensure that all positions of the sponge roller can be flushed. Then clean the impurities and dirt on the sponge roller by hand. When starting the insulated glass production line in winter, be sure not to open the cleaning conveyor first, because opening the conveyor without soaking it will cause the sponge roller to be torn off.

2. Then open the cleaning conveyor and place the hollow glass to be processed on the conveyor wheel. Be sure to place the glass steadily to prevent it from falling and injuring people during the transportation process.

3. The butyl adhesive applied to the aluminum spacer strip should be evenly distributed and applied to the entire surface of the aluminum strip to prevent glue leakage and burrs. And high-quality butyl rubber is used to ensure that the aluminum strip and glass stand firmly together. After applying adhesive to the aluminum spacer strip, it is forbidden to stick dust on it.

4. The two-component sealant should be applied firmly, with a smooth surface, especially at corners, to prevent air leakage and escape.
