If it is necessary to accelerate the gluing speed and adjust the motion parameters of the gluing machine, the glue supply system should also be set accordingly. For example, at this point, we need to increase the glue supply pressure and glue output speed of the glue machine to adapt to the increase in object movement speed.

If the moving speed of the glue applicator is only increased without adjusting the pressure, it is likely that the glue is not full.

2. Insufficient supply pressure of glue

If the aluminum strip is too deep or too shallow, it will automatically adjust the movement speed and glue supply pressure (the automatic adjustment range is very small). If our aluminum strips have different depths and our sensors are damaged, it will happen!
